I always come back to this amazing hotel in Natal. The staff helped me with info about the town, making my first stay memorable. It has everything I need, from Wi-Fi to beach access. Excited to be returning for Christmas!

The location on Ponta Negra beach I think is the best, it is right in the center where it is always very crowded and there is a great atmosphere on weekends. The hotel has a quality restaurant service and has direct access to the beach (during my stay spoiled). The service staff is generally very friendly and attentive.
The room (standard) is very upgradeable: the walls are made of paper, so if you are touched by noisy neighbours, with TV, etc. it is not very pleasant; in the bathroom there is a window, decorated with wooden grilles, which works as a ventilation/breathing system but communicates with the bathrooms on other lower floors (up to two more I think) and through which the sound moves at its own pace, that is, you can hear perfectly if someone is occupying the bathroom on the ground floor or not while you are doing it; finally, I understand by accident, the first day of my arrival the room had to be fumigated because there were ants all over the bed.

The hotel is very well located, on the beachfront. At check-in we were welcomed with a glass of coconut water, and it was quick and friendly. We had a superior room with a terrace overlooking the pool, restaurant and finally the sea. The pool was very nice and clean. The room was very spacious, and it was perfectly redecorated recently. It has everything you could need: minibar, safe, TV, WIFI. The bed was big and very comfortable. The bathroom was also very big, and adapted for disabled people. Perfectly clean. The restaurant, was very cozy, and we had a very good dinner. The price was a bit high, but it was worth it. Good service too. The breakfast, spectacular!!! It had everything and everything very good, especially the cakes!
Although we had this issue all over the Northeast of Brazil, famous 10% service fee, in some places was removed as soon as you practically asked what that fee was for, here was directly included in the price of the room and restaurant dinner. There is no problem, if it was a regulated and mandatory issue for all services received in Brazil, as it happens in other parts of the world, but... it creates a certain discomfort knowing that it is a fee that is not included in all places and when it is included, if you ask for it, it is taken away... Somewhere we were told that it was more or less similar to the USA system, where a big part of the waiter's or service provider's salary was thanks to this fee, sometimes you just had the feeling that it was a way to make the price more expensive (mainly for foreigners)... some Brazilian confessed that he always demanded to take it back.

As a satisfied hotel guest, I recently stayed at a cute and convenient hotel in Natal. The staff at Manary Praia were incredibly helpful and accommodating, always willing to fulfill any request. The hotel's restaurant exceeded our expectations, serving excellent and delicious food every night. We found the prices to be good value for money, especially thanks to the favorable exchange rate. Additionally, the swimming pool offered stunning views and was the perfect spot for breakfast or evening drinks. The comfortable rooms and overall charming atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable.
Totally recommend this hotel.

The restaurant serves quality food with good service, however prices are not so friendly (cost x benefit).
The reservation made through Booked.net was not received by the hotel, although I had my reservation confirmed via email, which made me pay the price they charged me at check out and not the price that reservation showed. No further explanation was given by the hotel other than they hadn't received the reservation.

We stayed at a hotel located on a pleasant beach. The promenade was just at our doorstep. We enjoyed sitting on the patio enjoying the weather or on the beach. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The service was nice, and the breakfast offered a decent selection of food.
The price of the hotel was overpriced in comparison to similar hotels in the area.

During my recent business trip to Natal, my director chose Manary Praia Hotel as our accommodation. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional experience this hotel offered. The onsite spa was a highlight, where I indulged in a body scrub, a hot stone massage, and a body wrap. The skilled therapists ensured my complete relaxation and rejuvenation. The hotel's sophisticated cuisine combined with outstanding service made dining a true pleasure. , the access to the sauna, outdoor pool, spa, and massage services further enhanced my satisfying stay. Another advantage was the hotel's perfect location, allowing me to soak up the sun and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, making it the ideal place for a leisurely break.
There was one minor issue during my stay at Manary Praia.

The hotel is cozy and warm with a gorgeous beach across the street. The staff is attentive and helpful. The excellent restaurant, with its unique and distinctive menu, has the right size to welcome guests and visitors equally well, without harming the quiet and romantic environment .
We stayed at the hotel last May, and the internet connection was not working properly. We have complained that time but, in October, internet was not working properly again. A hotel of the category of Manary should not offer a service that it cannot adequately provide.

We loved how clean the hotel was and how nice and helpful the staff was. The breakfast was a bit light in terms of enough food selections... but the restaurant was excellent! The atmosphere was romantic and on the entire beach this was as nice as any small hotel there was to see. It is not a place for children. Very safe area and hotel.
The particular room we stayed in was right over the kitchen... and even though the staff was quiet in the morning in terms of talking... there was enough noise with food preparation to wake us up at 5am. But we kind of new this going in and so we dealt with it.

This hotel is an oasis of luxury. From the exclusive amenities to the impeccable service, they fulfilled all our needs. The Spa & wellness centre and the outdoor swimming pool were amazing, and the sun terrace was the perfect place to relax. The restaurant offers a delicious breakfast, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for a drink before dinner. The private facilities were top-notch.
The only minor issue we encountered was the slow internet connection in our room. However, this was a small inconvenience in comparison to the overall amazing experience at this venue.

Spent my easter weekend at a pricey and posh boutique hotel by the coast. The hotel had the perfect location, we could jump straight into the ocean from our room. Plus, the hotel had a great restaurant with a beautiful view. The staff was friendly despite the language barrier, and the rooms were tidied every day.
I had an unpleasant experience of getting bit by insects overnight during my stay which caused an allergic reaction. The parking lot was full and I had to park at a nearby lot.

Internet connection was very slow and unreliable.

The hotel had a great view of the beach and the free breakfast was delicious. I enjoyed the freshly cut fruits and the baked bread. The hotel's staff was very friendly and helped us with directions to nearby restaurants and gave recommendations for tours.
The hotel was quite far from the airport, making transportation a bit of a hassle. The room we initially stayed in had a major issue with cockroaches which was very upsetting.
